Q: What if my plane is delayed or arrives early?

Le Blanc Limousine monitors flight arrival times and delays to ensure we are there to meet you when you deplane.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, Diner's Club, Debit Cards and Money Orders

Q: Do you keep the limo bars stocked with beverages?
A:
No. Unless otherwise arranged for our limo bars are not stocked with beverages.

Q: What is your policy regarding cancellations?
A:
Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of services you have reserved. Specifics regarding cancellations will be provided upon securing your reservation.

Q: What areas do you serve?

West Palm Beach, Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Loxahatchee areas. 

Q: Can I pay for my limo by cash instead of incurring a charge on the credit card I used when I booked my reservation?
A:
Due to safety concerns for our drivers and customers Le Blanc Limousine chauffeurs do not carry cash. We prefer that you place all charges, including gratuities, on the credit card you used when booking your reservation.

Q: What if I need to change or cancel your services? Can I simply take care of that with the chauffeur?
A:
Cancellations and all changes must be made by contacting our reservations/dispatcher by calling (561) 790-7321.

Q: What if I need my limo for less time than I have reserved? Will I be charged for the entire time?
A:
Premature termination of your service will result in your being charged for the full amount of time you reserved.

Q: What if I need a limo longer than I originally reserved it?
A:
Additional time, over and above the amount of time you reserved your limo will be charged in half hour increments.

Q: How far in advance do I need to reserve a limo or executive sedan?
A:
The availability of our limos and executive sedans changes daily. We therefore suggest that reservations be made as soon as you have a confirmed itinerary to ensure the availability to meet your needs.
